Suzuran Bed (HK) Ltd. – Terms & Conditions of Sales


  1. Customize-sized product cannot be changed or cancelled for refund.


  1. Dimension of mattress and pad are approximations. Variance of +/-0.5” (1.3cm) are accepted tolerance.


  1. Delivery of goods will only be arranged after settle 70% or above of the invoice payment for standard sized of Jade Mat Series. Delivery of goods will only be arranged after settle 100% of the invoice payment for customize-sized of Jade Mat Series, Mattress Series, Pad Series.


  1. If customer need to change the product size after purchase, please contact us at least five days prior to delivery. Otherwise, HK$400 will be charged for size change after product delivery.


  1. No delivery services will be provided on Sundays and Public Holidays.


  1. If delivery destinations cannot be reached by truck or lift, there will be additional charges upon receipt of goods. Labor charges for delivery address only reachable by foot is HK$50 per 50 meters per item. Charges for 1th to 6th floor are HK$50 for each floor per item; Charges for 7th floor or above are HK$100 for each floor per item. All items size of 5’ft or above will be charged $100 each floor per item and subjected to confirmation.


  1. SuzuranBed provides delivery of goods to customers in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, Tung Chung and outlying islands. An extra delivery charges for the above locations as follow. HK$200 for delivery to Discovery Bay. HK$100 for delivery to Tung Chung. HK$50 for delivery to Ma Wan and Park Island. For residents of outlying islands, we will deliver to the designated ferry pier on Hong Kong Island for pick up by the purchaser’s cartage company.


  1. The customer is obliged to inspect and receive all items listed on the invoices or the relevant delivery notes upon delivery of the goods. Any subsequent claims for shortage or loss of part/accessories, it will not be accepted by SuzuranBed. No exchange after acknowledgement of receipt.


  1. If our product is found to have any manufacturing defects, customer can request to exchange for the same item from our company within 7 days. For the returned item should not be used and with the original packing.


  1. Should customer requests to cancel any Credit Card Installment Payment that has been confirmed, a cancellation fee of 6% of the invoiced amount will be payable by the customer.


  1. In normal cases, customer shall provide the Delivery Date at the time of purchase. If customer fails to arrange a date for delivery, the order will be treated as on hold. If delivery service can be arranged, customer shall contact our staff before the delivery ( at least 7 days for Standard sized, at least 14 days for Customize-sized). All products must be delivered within three months from the date of the invoice, otherwise we will charge 3% of the total purchase value on uncollected goods per month for storage fee, storage fee less than one month will be charged on a full month basis. If from time to time products become out of stock, our company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to our company of similar value and style. This invoice will be automatically canceled and uncollected products will be discharged accordingly after twelve months. No refund will be made.

  2. All deposit for ordered goods shall be kept for maximum of 12 months (for multiple deposit payments, the 12 months period shall be counted starting from the date of first deposit). Shall customer fail to complete the purchase with balance payment and take possess of the ordered good(s) within the 12 months’ period all deposit will be considered be forfeited by the customer and SuzuranBed shall not be required to deliver the goods.

  3. For all displayed items, pillows, quilts, tailor made products, clearance or sales, free gift product and samples, product that has been opened or used, product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts and any non-compliance to SuzuranBed, product have been re-sold or transfer to third party, product that have been relocated to another location or address without notification to Suzuran Bed. warranty policy will not be cover by the warranty and shall not be eligible for refund nor exchange.

  4. Please keep the invoice during the valid warranty period. Suzuran Bed (HK) Ltd. will not entertain any claim for the loss of this invoice.


  1. Suzuran Bed (HK) Ltd. shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services and price of our products.


  1. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
